  • Fees: Membership fees are $25, Individually, $40 Family, and $50 annually for providers, with providers having scaling options based on organizational revenue. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Responsibilities: Members are expected to engage respectfully and uphold the values of connection, support, and empowerment.

3. Use of Resources

  • Access: Resources provided by SIBS Support IN, including presentations, webinars, and documents, are for personal use only.

  • Restrictions: Members and non-members may not share, distribute, or replicate any of our materials without prior written consent.

4. Events and Presentations

  • Registration: Event registrations may include a fee ranging from $5 to $20, depending on the event type.

  • Cancellations: Event fees are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by SIBS Support IN.

  • Surveys: Members are encouraged to complete surveys to guide future event topics and ensure relevance.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect: All participants must engage respectfully in all forums, events, and communications.

  • Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Termination: Violations of this code may result in the termination of membership or access to services without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property All content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of SIBS Support IN and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Partnerships and Collaborations SIBS Support IN collaborates with organizations like the ARC of Indiana to provide resources and support. Partnerships are subject to review and approval to ensure alignment with our mission and values.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • No Guarantee: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful resources, SIBS Support IN makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of using our services.

  • Limitation of Liability: SIBS Support IN is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our resources or participation in events.
